Multi-Station Manifold Bars With Applied Grease Fittings
Another engineered solution from the HFI Design Team to make your work easier.
We start by fabricating 24 port aluminum manifolds tapped to 1/8" NPT. Then we saw these bars to the customer-supplied
length. Finally, trained fitters apply the zerk and tube fittings to both ends of the manifold.
The end result is a very cost-effective product that allows equipment manufactures to provide a central
point to lubricate high wear parts.
We have been producing these products for years, and are successful at keeping prices low and supply high. Although we
stock these aluminum manifolds in a few configurations, we can quickly tool-up to match your unique designs and specifications.
